Why can't I access my blog – the dashboard or the front end?

    I created a blog this afternoon. It wouldn’t allow me access although I am the admin. I spent hours on a thread and someone helped me troubleshoot. The blog suddenly (and inexplicably to both parties) became accessible, however I stepped away came back and now I don’t have access again. The site doctorsstudioFL.wordpress.com. Is something wrong with WordPress.com? Before I signed off my last thread another user described the same issue.
