Why can't I access my control panel?

  Is there a problem with WordPress in the UK? I’ve been trying for over an hour to upload a post but just get a blank screen in place of my control panel. It’s the same with my stats etc. My actual blog (https://bookjotter.com) seems fine! Many thanks.

  I probably should have said Dashboard rather than control panel!
