Why can’t I access my dashboard?

    I am unable to access my own dashboard for wizandradigital.net and I am told to get permission from the site owner but I am the site owner. I have paid for my domain name and I have my theme set up but I can’t change the static front page or access anything.

    The domain was only created 2 days ago but says:

    This domain is parked.

    Have you cancelled it? Are you logged in to the correct account? This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

    Hi there,

    Yes, it looks like wizandra.wordpress.com was deleted which as a result canceled wizandradigital.net, and now that domain is parked. Was it your intent to delete that particular site? if you were trying to access that particular site via the wp-admin dashboard that is why you cannot currently get in.

    I see that there are a few other sites and custom domains connected to that account. Are you able to log into the WordPress.com dashboard that is connected to the account?
