Why can't I access my DashBoard?
-
I tried to get into my DashBoard and I keep getting this error message —
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/fivebells/public_html/wp-content/themes/fivebell/functions.php:123) in /home/fivebells/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881
Can you please let me know what has happened and how this can be rectified.
Many thanks

Sorry but you are posting in the wrong forum. These forums are for WordPress.COM only; our answers won’t apply to your issues.
Head over to WordPress.ORG:
http://wordpress.org/support/ -
Thank you for that 1tess – However, I can’t login to WordPress.ORG using the information that I have.
This problem has only just occured and as far as I am aware WordPress.COM host our site.
Do you have an email for the Support team for either site that i can contact them directly on?

I see references in your source code to WordPress.3.4 (which is wp.ORG)
and I believe your site is using JetPack for stats.
I see your site is registered withRegistrar:
Webfusion Ltd t/a 123-reg [Tag = 123-REG]
URL: http://www.123-reg.co.uk -
This is all correct infromation 1Tess – Do you have any idea why I am getting the error message though, and how I can regain access to my DashBoard?
The site domain is registered until November 2013, which will be extended of course.

I don’t know. It sounds like you are logged in if you are getting that message.
On self hosted site I do for work, I have a login with the host (for email, billing, account details, renewal) and also a login with wordpress.org to edit the site. Did you take over the site from someone else? Maybe there is another password / email address you need?
Our company has been using wp.org only since last December, and I have messed with php for the site only one time. Here is why I advise going over to the support for wp.org: we cannot use php here on wp.com at all.

WordPress.ORG accounts / users are not connected in any way to any other account you might have – if you don’t have an account at WordPress.ORG you will need to sign up for one to post in the forum
