Why can't I access my new WordPress Website?

Having purchased my new WP Website, I’m unable to access it. WP would not allow me to enter a password, every password has been rejected. Now I do not have a password, to access my site, I seem to be going around in circles and can’t find any direct contact to WP. HELP!!!!

You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

There is no domain mapping upgrade for acemediation.com. If you would like to use this domain to direct to from http://acemediationcom.wordpress.com/ you will first need to set up domain mapping.

timethief, thank you for taking the time much appreciated. However, the actual site I’m having problems with is not acemediation but a new site my husband has purchased earlier today, AAHMediation. Acemediation is another story. WP generated this piece of information to my query, long story. Thank you for the support link, I had only just found it via google,
