why can't I access my site?

  I just signed up for a new blog, I chose the theme and I can access the editing page but the customizer won’t open and when I click ‘view my site’ it keeps loading but nothing happens. And I’m sure there’s no problem with my internet connection.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  The loading issues on both your Customize page and the homepage suggest a likely browser issue. Steps you might try include:

  • clear the browser cache and cookies
  • update the browser
  • try a different browser
  • try to access these pages on an alternate device
