Why can’t I access my site?

I have a site that is up and running. This site has been running for years.
When I attempted to log in today is said that login details are incorrect.
I assumed I forgot the password. When I click the forgot password WP says
‘SORRY! THAT PAGE DOESN’T SEEM TO EXIST’I need to make an update on my site and I’m unable to access it?

Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
The WordPress.com account you used to create this thread is not new at all, but has existed with us since May 2018. However, you’ve never owned any sites hosted on WordPress.com under this account, and this is the first time in over 6 months that you’ve even logged into this account, based on our logs.
I see in June you contacted our mobile app support team regarding the site, http://fftraining.com.au. Is that the site you’re trying to access?
If so, that site is not hosted on our servers, and you won’t be able to access it via a WordPress.com username account.
To access that site you need to log into the admin user account that’s unique to that site instead.
You can find the login page for that site at https://fftraining.com.au/wp-login.php
If your login credentials don’t work, please follow the steps at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/, or contact your hosting provider directly for help regaining access.
We don’t have any control over that site, so we have no ability to help you reset the login credentials from our end.
