Why can't I access my site on the internet?

    I attempted to access my page at bexcellentinc.com and it does not come up. Not sure why. I made attempts to log on yesterday from another computer but forgot my password and it locked me out saying to wait 5 minutes. I decided not to try again until late last night and found my site is no longer up.

    Can you tell me what I need to do to get it back up? Thank you.

    There are two parts to domain mapping if you have purchased your domain through a company other than WordPress.com. To map a domain name you already own to a WordPress.com blog, you need to setup a domain mapping upgrade but you also need to make sure the domain ownership itself is in good standing.

    I checked the record for bexcellentinc.com in an online search and it appears you let the domain expire. I see a note that says, “Record expires on 11-Oct-2011.”

    You should go to the registrar where you purchased bexcellentinc.com and make sure it is renewed. Once you renew it, you should also make sure the name servers are set to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM, and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM so that the WordPress.com domain mapping will work too.
