why can’t I access my site when I log in with my site name/admin?

I changed my password, but apparently I only changed the password for my WordPress account, not my site. I’m very confused. According to my WordPress account, when I click on the My Site icon, it says I don’t have ‘any sites yet’

Your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress software and it’s hosted by InMotion Hosting.
