Why can’t I access my stats?

    For the past few days I’ve been getting an error message every time I try to access my stats. Help please.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    Can you give us more information about the specific error message you’re receiving? Also if you’re still having this problem, please take a screenshot of the problem in question. If you’re not familiar with how to take a screenshot, this support document will help explain how to make one:
