Why can’t I access paid support on business account

I am a paying customer with a wordpress business account linked to this e-mail address. When I log in to wordpress.com, the only site showing under ‘sites’ is the staging version of this website. I have emailed support numerious times only to be told I am a free customer when I am not. This is my second post in addition to numerious trying to access the paid support. All I get are automated responses and cannot reach a real person. How can we sort this out?

The email address you are contacting us is not associated with the account that purchased the subscription for that site.
Do you have multiple WordPress.com accounts?
If you would like to be able to manage the site, you need to contact us using the account that was used to purchase the subscription.
