Why can't I access Premium themes with my Premium account?

  I purchased a Premium account for $99, but I can not access Premium themes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com Premium includes:

  -A Free Domain
  -Custom Design
  -VideoPress
  -Space Upgrade
  -Ad-Free

  Despite the similar name, WordPress.com Premium doesn’t include any of the Premium themes available here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/
