why can't I access the 30 dollar custom design upgrade?

    I signed up for a website and installed the zuki theme, and I wanted to buy the custom design upgrade for 30 dollars but whenever I click on one of the links provided, it only offers me a 99 dollar one, including a domain name which i already bought, and a more expensive business upgrade. I just want the basic custom design upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

    Since your account was opened after Sept 1. 2014, you are subject to the new Cable TV Special Bundle Up-Sell pricing plan. You are required to buy the $99.- Bundle and the $30.- individual is not available to you.

    Sorry don’t have better news for you. The only “workaround” would be to transfer your blog to a friend that has an older account and they buy the CSS upgrade with their account

    thanks for answering. The most frustrating part is that I bought my domain name separately, which is included in the bundle, so now I’m forced to spend an extra 99 dollars and I won’t get the 33 dollars back, I’m assuming.

    I can’t even figure out how one goes about trying to contact WordPress for support. I’m so new at this — can anyone tell me?
