Why can't I access the admin?

  I uploaded wordpress to my domain and now I tried to change the name of the displayed url and since then i keep getting this Not Found

  The requested URL /carlaionitaportfolio/wp-login.php was not found on this server.

  And I cand’t do anything to go back to the admin and change it back. Help please???

  Sorry, do you need help with the wordpress.com blog or with your own custom domain.

  Do you want your domain to lead to the blog you have already setup in the .com or setup a self-hosted one?
