Why can't I access the domains tab?

  Hi, I’m trying to map to my own domain and I keep getting “domain and site redirect management is disabled” when I click the domains button? Is the service down or am I doing something wrong?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you confirmed the blog via email yet? It may not work unless you do.

  The domains system is currently offline while we are deal with a technical problem.
