Why can't I access the Weekly Photo Challenge page? It appears to be inaccessibl

Unable to log into the weekly photo challenge site. I am ONLY getting an “OOPS” reply.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The web site I am having difficulty accessing is the weekly photo challenge site. I am receiving an “OOPS!” notification whenever I try to access it. I cleared my browser data, rebooted my computer, tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox all to no avail. Can you tell me what is going on with the site today? Has the site been hacked and compromised? Thank you.

That is the exact site that myself and a number of other WP users have experienced this problem. That “Oops” page is the standard 404 error page on our blog. You’ll see a similar page any time you try to access a webpage that doesn’t exist. This may have happened if we needed to edit the post and it was reverted to a draft momentarily.
Can you send me the link that was broken? Also, where did you find the link, so I can make sure it’s working now?

Hello to you. This web page DID exist as I and a number of other users had been able to access it and view the many pingbacks housed there. I was not the only person attempting to access this site. The error code happened and if you will access my emergency blog regarding this glitch you will also see the names of other users who also had a gripe of frustration to share.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I read your post and all the comments there! I can assure you we were not hacked, this was not caused by any malicious activity.
If the link I gave you below is the link you were having trouble with, our editorial staff likely just needed to make a change to the post, which would cause it to revert to ‘Draft’ status and remove it from public access temporarily.
Everything seems to be working fine now. Let me know if you experience this again!

Thank you for your quick reply. I would like to clarify that there was no one post involve in the glitch. The entire ping back section of the blog was unavailable and a lot of users naturally wondered why. Would you care to post a short blog regarding this issue so that other users will (1) know that this has occurred in the past; (2) understand that their reporting the issue to you will help you and your fellow staff members not only bec0me aware of the problem but also give you a handle on exactly what caused the glitch; and finally (3) help to calm the nervous tension that such glitches can cause in your users. Thank you.
