Why can't I access wordpress from Bermuda?

  My friend moved to Bermuda yesterday and can not access her wordpress or blog. Any ideas? Is there a setting to change?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Has she checked for known issues with her ISP?

  WordPress.COM has no country specific settings I am aware of – they let anyone visit – the only access problems I have seen show up here in the forum were chased down to a problem with their ISP or a country blocking WordPress.COM for political reasons –

  one time an ISP had something set wrong and most of the country was locked out of WordPress.COM
