Why can't I add a link when making a commentary?

  Why is it, when I try to ad a link in my blog commentary, the link button is gray and won’t work?

  Why is it your software is so damn difficult to use?

  Why is it no one answered my first email two days ago?

  You have my money. Perhaps the term “support” is misleading?
