Why can't I add a contact form to my contact page?

  In the class I just took there was an Add Contact Form button just above the toolbar. I don’t have it. Is that because I am in a different theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is the fictitious site that we used during the class. It is not on my work related website.

  Can you give us the URL to the wordpress.com site that you’re trying to add a contact form to?

  Also, is there any way you could post a screenshot of the page in the editor you’re working on?

  What I see here https://hocomentalhealth.wordpress.com/contact/ looks like is a comment box and not a contact from. Are you sure you followed this guide? https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
