Why can't I add a Google Analytics plug-in to my site?

  I don’t know how to copy and paste the source code (where do I do this in my dashboard???) and a lot of sites recommend the plug-in, which I’m apparently not allowed to use on the WordPress.com sites. Any suggestions on how to get Google Analytics to work with my blog?

  We don’t support Google Analytics on WordPress.com. However, we have a built-in statistics tracking feature – see it in your Dashboard, under Site Stats.

  Thanks for the quick response…I’ll use the regular Site Stats then.
