Why can't I add a link category anymore?

    Attempts to add links categories by using “+ Add New Categories” failing as of today. Not sure when this began, but very recently. Tried several different new category titles. All failed.

    The link I added went to “Uncategorized.” That’s embarassing because it’s a link to a very helpful website, a new friend. Looks like I don’t know how to use the tool, whereas the tool is not working.
