why can't I add a .mov (quick time) video to my site. I've been able to do it in the past

  The site for the 1st time won’t let me upload a .mov (quicktime) video

  Hi there!

  .mov files are acceptable file types. Could you please tell me what happens when you attempt to add your .mov file to your media library? Also, how large is the file?
