    Hi there,

    I checked your account and I do not see anything that would prevent you from adding a photo. You have plenty of media storage space. What file format is the photo you’re trying to upload, and what is its size?

    Also, what happens when you attempt to upload the image? Are you receiving an error message? Does the upload get stuck?
