why can't I add a website link to my post?

  I cant add a link to my post
  while writing a new post using visual tab, the option to link a website wont work but it will in text tab though it still doesnt show up when I post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Insert/edit link under Visual tab will be activated once you select the text to place the link on.
