why can’t I add catergories

  I tried to add categories via the post page, manage and by setting the role but to no avail. I still can’t add catergories.

  Also this morning as I was posting, the post was automatically saved and when I published it went to a page saying ‘do really want to edit this’ I pressed no and the post disappeared. I checked under manage and there were no drafts available. I redid the post and the same thing happened and this time I pressed Yes. Again it disppeared into thin air. On my 3rd attempt I press “save” and this time it was ok. Anyone else experiencing this.

  Try clearing your browser’s file and cookie cache to see if that helps.

  What browser and browser version are you using anyway?

  I have cleared my browser and cookie cache, still doesn’t work. IE 6 I think as its the ATT/Yahoo browser.

  Thanks for the reply. It made me think…duh…and I switched to the internet explorer button on my desktop and it is fine now. Must be something to do with the ATT/Yahoo browser. Thanks again.

  Actually I think the Yahoo browser is IE5. It’s come up before.

  Glad you got it working though. :)
