Why can't I add images to my blog?

  I sent a question about this problem last weekend, but never received a response and the issue hasn’t cleared itself up in the past few days.

  When I add a new post, I am unable to add media. I want to put some pictures with it, but when I click the icon at the top of the post for “add media,” nothing happens. In the past, I got a window that easily allowed me to add photos to the blog, but now I get nothing.

  Help! :)

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
