  i have subcribe on aweber mailing list to make my blog more visitor , but why i still cant get the html on my contact us page ?

  We cannot help you without a link to your wordpress.COM blog. And if you are hosted here, link it to your user name as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forums.
