Why can't I add private registration after purchase?

  I just bought a domain name yesterday and at the time it wouldn’t allow me a private registration so I paid the $18 anyway and now I am trying to pay for the private registration after the fact, but it won’t allow me to. I’m considering getting a refund if I can get this resolved immediately as I don’t want my information to be accessible by the public.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  Private registration has now been enabled for you. It may take up to a day or two for your WHOIS records to reflect this.
