Why can't I add this user?

  Greetings Happiness Engineers!

  I’m having trouble adding a user. He got a wordpress account, and he gets the invitation emails, but nothing goes through when he clicks Accept. I do not a confirmation email that he has accepted, and he never shows up as a user. I had no trouble adding someone else – used the same exact process, but it just won’t go through with this one. And since he’s my boss, I need to get this resolved. :)
