Why can't I add widgets to this theme?

  I’ve added a widget in the past to this theme, but now for whatever reason, it won’t allow me to add widgets. What do I need to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, first off, try going to your WP Admin widget area and see if you can add one there: https://splendorinembers.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php.

  The other suggestion is to log out and clear your browser cache and cookies and then log in and try again.
