Why can't I buy a Guided Transfer?

    After miserably and unsuccessfully attempting to follow the directions to transfer my WP website to another host, I’d only gotten halfway through before giving up in frustration on completing the final steps. Up until today the responses were fairly timely but now it seems that my only option is to purchase the Guided Transfer to completely have my website back. Whether that’s by design or not is to be determined, but now I’m unable to purchase the Transfer with the help of an Engineer because I’ve completed some of the upgrades. Please help.

    Hi there,

    The Guided Transfer is not available for blogs using custom fonts, so you’ll need to switch back to your theme’s default fonts before you buy it.

    To do that, you can go to the Fonts tab under Appearance > Custom Design in your dashboard. Click on each font drop down menu, and then click the Revert button. Be sure to click the blue “Save fonts” button when you’re done.

    You can then go to the Store in your dashboard and buy the Guided Transfer. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
