Why can't I buy an "available" domain name ?
-
Hello,
When I am looking to buy a domain name (in this case rusteneversleeps.org ), the availability form me Indicates That the domain name + extension .org is available.
Or A Time That I agree, the url is Modified (in this case rusteneversleepsdotcom4 ) while as the extension (which becomes the free version .wordpress.com )
is the domain name available?
If so, how can I buy it ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On WordPress.com, custom domains, like rusteneversleeps.org, must be associated with WordPress.com sites, where content is actually hosted.
At present, there are no sites associated with your WordPress.com account, but you can create one here:
https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
Afterwards, you can learn how to register a custom domain here:
