Why can't I cancel my WordPress theme? When I try it says "User cannot access this private

  I try to cancel my theme. I get an error message saying “User cannot access this private blog.”. Please cancel the Caldwell theme for me.

  I’m sorry about the trouble! I’ve gone ahead to issue you a refund on our end. The theme has been left on your account for now so that our team can look into what’s causing the error. I’ll remove it completely once they’ve finished investigating the issue.
