why can't I cancel the domain it's been 2 days

  My receipt for my domain name shows 11/23 at it is 11/25 and I want to cancel domain for full refund, but it will not let me.

  Hi there – No problem, I can cancel it for you. Please note that if you cancel it, there’s no guarantee it will become available to register again. If you want to use it with another site (not at WordPress.com), you should transfer it rather than cancel it.

  If you’re sure you don’t want it at all anymore, please reply and confirm that I should fully cancel domain sproutearlylearners.com.
