Why can't I change my email

  Every time I try, there’s a message about a problem changing my account settings.

  What exactly does the error message say? Can you copy and paste it into a reply here?

  I’m not sure yet based on the limited information you’ve provided so far, but it sounds like you may have setup multiple WordPress.com accounts.

  If the email you’re trying to use for one account is already in use for another account, that could be the problem. You can find out if the 2nd email already in use an account with these steps:

  – log out of WordPress.com
  – go back to the WordPress.com home page
  – click the Log In button at the top right
  – click the “Lost your password?” link and fill out the form with the email you want to change to

  If you get an email back at that address, then the email is already in use and you would need to change the email on that account first before you could use it on another account.
