Why can't I change my my blog name and user name?

  I still just get a “This tool is temporary disabled. Check back soon.” message… any ideas? Thanks folks…

  You continue to see that message for the obvious reason which is that the features in question have not yet been re-enabled by Staff. Note that we Volunteers do not know when they will be re-enabled. Luckily the inability to use those features will not prevent you from blogging.
