Why can't I change the name of my blog?

  I want to change my blog name/url, but when using the instructions found on your website, it doesn’t work. It says to drag the mouse over the name of the blog in “My Blogs” and an option to change address would come it. That doesn’t happen. Any thoughts? Thanks!

  I’m sorry but that feature is temporarily disabled and I’m not sure when it will become available again.

  If you would like to setup a different blog name right now, you can do that manually by creating the new blog at http://en.wordpress.com/signup/ and then transferring the content from your first blog to the second blog using the Tools → Export and Tools → Import pages. Note that you will need to setup settings such as blog title, theme choice, and widgets manually again on the new blog.
