Why can't I click or select on the purchase domain mapping screen?

  I am attempting to purchase domain mapping so that I can host my blog on a sub domain of my store. However, when I get to the first screen to purchase domain mapping, I am unable to check the box that says “I already own originalmoxie.com and would like to map it to WordPress.com”. There is nothing else on the page that is selectable.

  Have you already created the CNAME record?
