Why can't I comment on someone's blog?

  Hi, I have to comment on someone’s blog for a school assignment, but it says I must be logged on to write a comment. There were no options to even make an account so I could write the comment. I was lead here and I made an account but when I used my username and password to write a comment it says there is no account under that name. Can someone please help me? The website is expeditionbhutan.com
