Why can't I comment on wordpress.org sites?

I can’t post this on the wordpress.org forum because I don’t have an account there. However, I do have a wordpress.com account and have always been able to comment on wordpress.org-hosted sites (e.g. thebooksmugglers.com, publishingcrawl.com, ala.org/yalsa/blog–where I am also a contributor). Until this week. Basically, this is my problem: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/comments-form-is-not-working
It says I’ve posted, but it doesn’t show up. If I copy and paste in the same post again, it tells me I’ve already posted that, but it doesn’t appear. For days. I keep checking, and they’re not there. I can’t imagine that all of the blogs in the world would have blocked me in the same day, and everyone else’s comments seem to be posting, and mine never needed to be approved before. What is going on?
