Why can't I configure a new poll?

  I’ve designed polls in the past but all of a sudden the screen appears different and I don’t have the same options. Please help. The blog is need help with depressionsgift.com. Thank you.

  Hi Rebecca,

  You should be able to create a new poll by following the instructions on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/#creating-a-new-poll

  If that doesn’t work, can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to create one? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy.
