Why can't I create a new blog?

  Why can’t I create a new blog? The redirection page hasn’t finished loading every time I’ve tried for the last three days. It says that Safari can’t open the page because the server where this page is located isn’t responding. Also getting into my existing blogs is very slow. Is this happening to anyone else?

  You’re welcome. I’m sorry this idiocy is happening to you. I would ditch the ISP in a thrice and invest my $ in one that’s not a reactionary one with stupid blanket blocking policies.
