Why can't I create a new site on my account?

    After deleting a site on my account that I was not using, I have tried several times (since yesterday) to create a new site. WordPress let me pick a new theme, a domain name and then it gets stuck to this page https://wordpress.com/start/plans where is just loading for an eternity. I have literally left the page to load for hours, but nothing happened. I have also tried to refresh the page, but when I do that it takes me back to the first page where I have to select a theme and the domain again. I don’t understand whether I am doing something wrong or if wordpress are having problems with their server (my internet connection is fine).

    Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    Let me know if you still can’t add a site after doing that.
