Why can't I customize?

  I purchased the upgrade, but it is still telling me I need to purchase an upgrade in order to customize.

  Sorry about that – looks like something went awry.

  I’ve reapplied the Custom Design upgrade to your site. Just let me know if you have any further trouble with it.
