  There are no sites owned by the account you are currently logged in to. What is the URL of the site you are having trouble customising?

  Hi nicockkc,

  chingostar.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. chingostar.com appears to be hosted with QuadraNet so I recommend contacting them for help — they should be able to give you more information about why your site is unavailable.
