  I believe I created my blog https://parabo0m.wordpress.com/author/wrmb0dy/
  but I cannot delete it.
  My account setting says I do not have any wordpress site.

  Look here please https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/wrmb0dy and note that you are not logged in under the username account that owns the site.

  To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  *Replace “NAME_OF_BLOG” with the actual name of the blog in the URL above.
