Why can't I drag Widgets to activate them?

    I’m using Twenty Eleven, and when I want to activate widgets in my blog, I can’t drag-and-drop them into the sidebars.

    Can anyone help me what is the problem with this? Thanks.

    Make sure that javascript is enabled in your browser. If it is, and still drag not working – then log out and clear cache and cookies. Then again login. If still getting a problem, click on “Screen Options” (up right in your dashboard) and check whether accessibility mode is disable or enabled. In “Enable accessibility mode” you can’t drag and drop but you can easily edit and add your widgets. If there is still a problem contact support at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
