Why Can't I Edit?

    I’ve tried multiple browsers. I’m about done with this. Something changed and the performance tanks just in clicking controls. If I can’t edit, do I need this site? Clearing the cache, again, to try to get this to work. But I’m petty tired of walking through technical documentation when this just used to perform.
