@frankyking You’ve just posted your password onto a public forum which is indexed by search engines. If you’ve used that password on any other service, I would highly recommend that you change it immediately.
Staff cannot give you access to an account by request, that would be a serious issue. Is it possible you could regain details to that email account in order to gather the information required to complete the Account Recovery Process?
