Why can't I email my blog even though my settings are set to be able to?

  I have set my settings to be able to share via email and to print my blog, but am unable to do either. Do I need to do something else, or perhaps need to upgrade to premium to do either? Thank you,

  Hi @shydeeg,
  Under the “Share this:” section you’ll notice a “More” button which brings up the Email and Print buttons.

  Thank you. I have it set up on my page, but when I tried to email it to myself to test it, I never received the email. ??

  I just tested it then and it sent. Perhaps it went to your junk/spam folder?

  Hi George,

  When you tested the email sharing button, did you use the same email address that’s linked to your WordPress.com account?

  Since you’re already following your own blog, the email sharing button won’t resend the post to your email address (because you already received an email update when the post was published). You can test the email sharing button by entering an email address that isn’t already subscribed to your blog.

  If that still doesn’t work, please let me know what email address you’re trying to send it to and I can take a look at what’s going on. (You can include the email address in your reply and our forum software will hide it from everyone except staff.)

  Not a problem! I only recently learned about that feature of the email sharing button, myself, so it was fresh in my mind. :)
